Mule Park
Overview
At the turn of the 20th century, farmers from the nearby countryside gathered in this location to load and unload their goods for sale and trade. Officially designated as “Mule Park” in 1909, this area became a popular meeting place for most of the century. Although this Heritage Site no longer exists, its name still triggers the memory of a time when mules and horse buggies were parked here on a busy market day.
